GETTING STARTED WITH CLICK. DOSE.

Q: Why would I purchase a Click. Dose. pen?

A: The Click. Dose. pen is designed to make your routine easier, more accurate and more convenient. Instead of manually drawing every dose with a syringe each time, the pen system allows you to simply dial your dose using the click mechanism for quick and consistent dosing.

Many customers also find the tiny 4mm needle tips far more comfortable and less intimidating than traditional syringes.

They’re also:

  • Easier to travel with

  • Great for more precise dosing adjustments

  • Neater and more discreet to carry

  • Reusable and designed for long-term use

  • Beginner friendly once set up

The pen works with sterile 3mL cartridges, and we provide full setup instructions, videos, tips and troubleshooting guides inside the Glow Getter Hub to walk you through everything step-by-step.

Q: What pens do you sell?

A: We have 2 models for you to choose from:

Click. Dose. Go. — $40 for the pen and case, or $55 for the full starter kit
Plastic, lightweight, beginner-friendly and easy to use. Available in Purple, Blue and Yellow.

Click. Dose. Pro. — $100 for the pen and case, or $115 for the full starter kit
Premium metallic medical-grade pen with a luxury zippered softshell travel case.

Q: What’s the difference between Click. Dose. Go. and Click. Dose. Pro.?

A:

Click. Dose. Go.
Lightweight, practical and easy-to-use everyday option with a fun colourful design. These are made from plastic, including the protective case.

 Click. Dose. Pro.
Premium metallic finish with a more elevated feel, sleek design, and luxury zippered carry case included. Same easy dosing system — just a more premium experience overall. These are Gansulin brand pens used in medical settings to provide accurate doses for diabetic insulin patients, and are known to be extremely reliable, robust and long-wearing.

Q: What comes included?

A: You can purchase the pen and case on its own, or choose a Starter Kit for $15 extra which includes everything you need to get going:

  • 1 × Click. Dose. Pen

  • 1 × Protective travel case

  • 2 × Sterile 3mL cartridges (individually sealed for sterility)

  • 2 × 3mL syringes with removable needle for reconstitution

  • 10 × 4mm needle tips

  • 10 × Alcohol swabs

  • Detailed instructions and how-to guides inside the Glow Getter Hub

Q: How do the pens work exactly? Are they easy to use?

A: A very quick overview is that you will reconstitute your peptide in your vial like you already do (no change there).

From there, you will use a syringe to transfer the liquid into a sterile cartridge. This cartridge then sits inside the pen.

When you’re ready to inject, you dial up the number of units you want (the same number you would use on a syringe), hold the plunger down and inject.

Q: How will I learn to use the pens?

A: We provide detailed instructions inside the Glow Getter Hub (our member portal), including step-by-step written guides, video demonstrations, troubleshooting tips and FAQs specific to the Click. Dose. pens.

Most customers find the process much easier than expected once they’ve done it the first time.

BENEFITS OF THE PENS

Q: Do they hurt less?

A: They sure do. The Click. Dose. pens use ultra-fine 4mm needle tips, which are shorter and thinner than traditional syringes which are usually 6mm/8mm/12mm long.

.

Most customers find them far more comfortable - quick, easy and almost painless to use.

Q: Can I dose more accurately?

A: Definitely. The click dial system makes it easy to adjust your dose down to the unit, helping you feel more confident and consistent with every use.

No more second-guessing tiny syringe lines.

This is especially useful when you’re trying to deliver very small doses - for example, some of our lifestyle products suggest just 6 units per dose, so these pens make that super easy.

Q: Are they easier to travel with?

A: Yes, that’s one of the biggest benefits. All pens come with a secure travel case. The pens are compact, discreet, reusable, and much easier to pack than carrying multiple syringes and supplies. Perfect for handbags, carry-on luggage, weekends away and life on the go.

You can fit 1 spare cartridge and 3 spare needle tips within the travel case too.

(Technically there’s no reason you can’t also travel with syringes - airport security see it all the time with diabetics - but we know many customers prefer the convenience and discretion of a pen.)

Q: How is this different to the Mounjaro or Wegovy pens I’ve used before?

A: They work very similarly.

Both dispense up to 60 clicks per dose, and you dial them up the same way as brand-name pens before pressing the plunger to inject.

The main difference is that Mounjaro or Wegovy pens come prefilled with medication already inside them.

Instead, with the Click. Dose. system, you will:

  1. Reconstitute your medication as usual

  2. Transfer it into a sterile 3mL cartridge

  3. Insert the cartridge into the pen

After that, the injection experience is very similar.

One advantage of the Click. Dose. pens is that the click numbers are clearly marked in 2-unit increments (2, 4, 6, 8, 10 etc.) making dosing very easy to read, and if you wind it up too far, you can easily wind the pen back with no issues. Plus, you can easily see at a glance how many units of liquid remain in your pen, as the cartridges are easily marked.

Q: What peptides can I use with the Click. Dose. pens?

A: Any and all peptides are suitable for use.

The only thing to be aware of is that the cartridges hold 3mL, so larger-volume products like NAD+ may require the cartridge to be refilled once emptied.

Q: Can I use one pen for multiple peptides?

A: Each pen holds one cartridge at a time.

You can switch cartridges between uses, however this can become a bit fiddly for daily-use products. If you frequently use multiple peptides, most customers find it easier to have multiple pens.

Q: How much is 1 click? I’ve been using 50 units on a syringe - what’s the comparison?

A:

Good news - no maths or conversions are needed.

1 click = 1 syringe unit.

Both are equal to 0.01mL of volume.

If you normally inject 50 units on a syringe, you simply dial up 50 clicks on the pen. Same same.

Q: What is the maximum dose per injection?

A: The pens dispense up to 60 clicks (60 units) per injection. This is as far out as you can wind at once.

If your dose is larger than this, you can simply split it into two injections.

For example:

  • First injection = 60 units

  • Second injection = remaining 15 units

You can also change the concentration of your medication so less liquid is needed overall. The Glow Getter Hub includes a reconstitution calculator to help with this accurately.

Q: Where do I store the pen between uses?

A: Store the entire pen inside the fridge, within its protective case, just like you would with a reconstituted vial.

Q: Can the pen stay out of the fridge?

A: Short periods at room temperature are generally fine during normal use or travel.

However, we recommend storing your pen in the fridge whenever practical, just like a reconstituted vial.

Q: Do I need to use a pen? Can I still use syringes?

A: Absolutely - using a pen is completely optional.

We will continue to stock syringes as usual.

The Click. Dose. system is simply an alternative option for customers who prefer:

  • Smaller needle tips

  • Easier dosing

  • More convenience

  • A reusable setup

Q: How long do the pens last?

A: The pens are designed for long-term reusable use. The only ongoing consumables are:

  • Needle tips

  • Sterile cartridges

  • Transfer syringes

REFILLS, ACCESSORIES & REPLACEMENTS

Q: What parts do I need to replace regularly?

A: The pen itself is reusable long-term.

The items you will continue purchasing are:

  • Needle tips → one per injection

  • Sterile 3mL cartridges → one per vial of medication

  • Syringes → used for reconstitution and transferring medication (either 3ml or 1ml are fine)

We do sell all of these accessories, or they are standard size items that can also be purchased elsewhere.

Q: Are the cartridges and needle tips sterile?

A: Yes, all cartridges, syringes and needle tips are individually sealed for sterility before use.

We strongly recommend:

  • A fresh needle tip for every injection

  • A fresh cartridge for every new vial

Reusing these items increases the risk of contamination and bacteria growth.

Q: How many sterile cartridges will I need?

A: Generally, you will use:

  • 1 vial of medication = 1 sterile cartridge

The cartridges hold the same 3mL volume as standard peptide vials. So you should use one cartridge per vial. Eg. if you're using 1 vial of Trim over 1 month, then you will need 1 sterile cartridge to go with this.

The only exception is larger-volume products like NAD+.which come in 10ml vials. In those instances, you'd have to reload the cartridge to use up the whole volume.

We sell the 3ml sterile cartridges in 1, 2 and 5 packs and each pack includes the same number of alcohol swabs and insulin syringes for transferring to the cartridge.

Q: Can I reuse sterile cartridges?

A: We recommend using a fresh sterile cartridge for every new vial of medication.

Once used, the cartridge is no longer considered sterile.

Q: How many needle tips will I need?

A: One needle tip per injection.

Examples:

  • Daily peptide = 7 needle tips/week

  • Weekly peptide = 1 needle tip/week

Screenshot 2026-05-13 103521.png

Q: What size needle tips do you stock?

A: We stock ultra-fine (32 Gauge) 4mm needle tips.

These are:

  • Individually sealed

  • Extremely comfortable

  • Compatible with both Click. Dose. models

  • Packaged safely with needle caps to avoid needle stick injuries.

They are available in 10 packs and 20 packs and you can buy them here.

Q: Are the pens compatible with standard insulin pen needle tips?

A: Yes, the Click. Dose. pens are compatible with standard screw-on insulin pen needle tips commonly sold at pharmacies.
