Why We Started
Illuminate Life was founded by Sasha, after her own personal battle with weight gain that felt impossible to shift.
After having three children and entering peri-menopause, the usual strategies that once worked simply stopped working. The weight stayed on. Energy dropped. Motivation became harder to hold onto. And like so many women, she found herself asking:
"Why is this so hard now?"
Sick of being told to just move more and eat less, she went looking for other options. That experience sparked something bigger - a mission to create the kind of business she wished existed when she needed it most.
A place where people could take their health into their own hands, access effective options, honest information, and genuine support without the overwhelm, inflated prices, or judgment.

Our Team and Facilities
Our Team
Sasha - Founder and key contact person. Sasha takes the majority of customer service enquiries and will point you in the direction of the information you'll need in your journey.
Mark - Mark primarily looks after stock ordering, coordinates with our manufacturing partners and oversees logisitics. It's Mark that makes sure your orders are packed on time, and shipped out the same day if you order before 1pm weekdays. Mark also answers our customer service questions when Sasha is unavailable.
Ash - Our part time team member Ash works around her school age children. Ash picks and packs orders on weekdays with care.
Nicole - Nicole is in charge of sourcing new products, packaging, IT tasks and bookeeping. She is the all-rounder in the background making sure things work in sync.

Our small but mighty team operate from our facility in Yatala, about 30 mins south of Brisbane, QLD.

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we do not allow pickups, however we guarantee to express post your items to you.
